1/4 Pound of Butter |
2 cups of Celery |
1 Onion - Chopped Fine |
1 pint of Oysters |
4 Eggs; hard-boiled - grated |
2 cups of toasted bread crumbs |
1 cup of Oyster Juice or Water |

Step # | Instructions |

1 | Melt butter, and add onion and celery. |
2 | Cook on a slow fire until tender. |
3 | Add oysters that have been cut up by scissors and a little oyster juice. |
4 | Cook for about 5 minutes until the Oysters curl. |
5 | Take off of the fire and mixwith rolled toasted bread crumbs, grated eggs, and parsley to season. |
6 | Add salt, pepper, and dapen with oyster juice or water. |
7 | Put into Oyster Shells or Greased Pyrex dish; sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and lots of butter. |
8 | Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes. |
