Important Ingredients:
Pastry for 9 inch pie
1/8 cup of chopped celery
3/4 cup of mussels
1 and a half Tablespoons of Butter
1/4 cup of diced potatoes
1 Tablespoon of flour
1/2 Onion
Chopped Thyme
1 clove chopped garlic
To Prepare:

1 Scrub the mussels and cook in boiling water for 10 minutes and then shuck them.
2 Reserve the liquid and cook the potatoes in it. Remove and set aside
3 Saute onion, garlic and celery in butter. Stir in flour, thyme and salt and cook for two minutes
4 Slowly add cooking liquid and cook until thickened. Add Potatoes and Mussels.
5 Place in pastry-lined pie plate and top with pastry. Bake at 400F until crust is browned.
